Just accept the fact that I’m in love with the idea of creating - with leaving something behind that lasts long before our carbon form exists. I LOVE creative souls. I love people who make music... I love Bailey’s and vodka, but that’s off the fuckin subject...
Anyway, I was priveledged to hang out with Fran (of the Lovebuzzards, among a zillion other things), and his budd, AJ Caruso, who together form FNA, (but have their hands in a bunch of other KICK ASS projects). (One of those projects, is being a part of the LICK IT UP: A MILENIUM TRIBUTE TO KISS album that is to be released in April)
Creative souls. Good people. Smart people.
We’ve previously discussed my abiding love for intelligence...
They even brought me a ’special surprise’ which they showed me while we were sitting in Fran’s SUV, (I’ll let you guess what it was.....)
I’ve always loved Fran’s work with The Lovebuzzards. He has a killer voice but the thing that grabbed me was his showmanship. He’d stand on stage and DRAW YOU IN. He has a way of connecting with this audience. His show’s are pure electricity.
I shot A LOT of footage with them today and plan on getting at least a little of it up tonight. My blood alcohol level is at about 90% right now and that’s slowing me down a little, but I’m determined....
I’m so lucky.
I get to meet THE MOST AWESOME ARTISTS ON THE PLANET.
